…ine gave us all some time to get off the nonstop frantic hamster wheel of the news cycle and think. It’s like when you’ve been abroad for a long time, and experience culture shock on coming home, realizing this once-familiar place is a bizarre and arbitrary dystopia. You can’t believe you ever lived like this.
