Very simply and lucidly stated. Even a humble poet like me gets it!!

Capitalism is in a wierd place. Parts of it are actively telling us: the game is up. We can’t handle this. This is too big for us. All the money we have hoarded away can’t do anything about this. And other parts of it — the less responsible ones — are just out there profiteering with glee and abandon, off the wreckage that’s left, from water systems to food supplies.
