Speaking of American passports, there was a time I was proud of mine. Now, when I travel, I just feel hot around the collar when I get contemptuous looks from immigration officials around the world. In many ways, I still feel privileged as an American. Maybe not swell with pride but still feel privileged. After all, many countries don’t require visas to enter for Americans.
