Right? The system will get you. System is built to get you. Little people like us make rich people richer. And incentivize us to act inhumany. Self preservation. Where I come from, capitalism has yet to take root completely. No one is ever left to die on the street. Passersby rush over. Doesn’t matter if they’re simply curious. Someone fetches water while others call emergency services. Unfortunately, crack and heroin has claimed many young victims. They’re on the streets filthy and begging. When I’m back home I often buy them food cos they’d rather buy a fix than eat. No one sues you. But now a system of legal accountability is badly needed — too many doctors get away with literally murder. Too many restaurants sell salmonella food etc. You get my drift. I’m sure there’s a fair solution somewhere.
