Not utterly different.

Both are slave societies. Huge carbon footprint. No human rights. Dubai is a shopping arcade/playground for rich Arabs and others. Police state. Saudia and other Arab countries kowtow to white expats but despise people of color.

Just because white women can wear scanty clothes doesn’t mean Dubai is liberal and a developed place. All these royals have no moral compass.
