Marc,
you voice with unbearable eloquence what most of us anywhere are feeling. Utter impotence. The planet is roiling with pain.

The Holocaust which is Gaza is in us. We carry it wordlessly in our arms, a beloved mangled child whose bleeding we cannot stem.

We are all Gaza.

Every line I write is steeped in Gaza. I’ve truly plumbed the depths of my soul, opened my eyes to the ugly panorama of western empire, despaired at being human. Humans stand redefined.

It’s truly a vision of hell when the oppressed become oppressors.

I am stitched into the system which unashamedly commits Genocide — America.

Israel is just a word.

My country of origin sold itself to America — it came into being in 1947, eerily around the same time Palestine was renamed Israel, when colonialists departed. Within a couple of years,
We had a new master. Yup. You guessed it.
No pro Palestine protest is allowed.
It’s a Muslim country.

‘The devil is busy burning babies ..’

Thank you for your powerful words. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
