Many years ago I was diagnosed with clinical depression. I had similar fears; that I wouldn’t be able to write or paint while on medication. The opposite happened. A veil lifted. The haze of pain was gone! But for a bit I was lost without it — and stopped writing and painting. The edge of creativity felt blunted. And it was enough to be able to feel joy and drink in each moment of clarity. All in all, Wellbutrin was a miracle for me.
