Looks kinda like that! Except collateral damage is huge. Our boys are sacrificed on the altar of hubris of jaded politicians and legions of suicide bombers created by one drone strike. As an American I can’t live with murder of dirt poor women and children. Those strikes are not with ‘surgical precision’ as they crow from Pentagon. I’ve seen the death and tragedy that’s left in the smoke of one strike.

Suleimani’s murder has unleashed a new wave of violence. We really are idiots. Perhaps a visit to a bombed out village would change mindsets on Capitol Hill.

We only cause additional misery to the lives of simple folk who subsist on faith and stale bread. Their young who survive are left maimed and homeless. What kind of moral rectitude is that?

Northern regions of Pakistan are riddled with drone strikes from our war on the Taliban. Sitting here with our 82” TVs and popcorn we are oblivious to the suffering of poor folk here in USA, never mind distant Muslim countries now in ruins thanks to our interference with their domestic issues. The ‘cradle of civilization’ as that region is called, reduced to a pile of rocks.
