But it was a vain act of old men full of hubris and delusions. It was not war.
Cradle of civilization was reduced to debris- bricks from thousands of years ago.
America’s war machine asked for blood. And it remained unsated even as thousands of villages and inhabitants were smashed to bits.

I’m from the region where drones terrorized and killed thousands of innocents. All because some pimply boys in the Pentagon thought it was a game. With great aplomb, push the proverbial button watch via satellite’hajis’ burst open.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, thousands of our boys returned home with deadly PTSD and lost limbs. Pathetic efforts made by government for rehabilitation of vets are shameful.
Confused and obfuscated by overwhelming violence and guilt, they suffer greatly in many ways. As you document with great lucidity your life changing experience.
I truly rage at the neglect of our veterans. I rage against unequal ‘wars.’
