In a heartbeat. Don’t patronize me. Spoilt rich white kids who have insulted me over decades. About my dress. My kids and I were called clowns. My food. My accent. In supermarket aisles. Swimming pools. Parking lots. Sneered at my Porsche. And the jalopy I drove decades ago. But then I’m the ‘other.’ Which makes you condescend to me. So pardon me, Ive been abused enough.

It’s a cultural thing. We were taught to be respectful and compassionate and if we laughed at the less fortunate, we were disciplined. Perhaps not spat upon though.
