And I agree, institutions have to change then it all percolates down. However, I do think that the fractional hyper rich hold financial resources that boggle the mind. The goods they produce are not necessarily need-driven. It’s ‘wants’ that we salivate over like Pavlov’s dogs. Foundations of Capitalism.
I’m not an economist. I do know that honest sound policies and institutions respect and cater to the needs of the people.
