Subsequently I’ve visited Canada as a real tourist in good health and had a marvelous time. Vancouver is absolutely dazzling. Not so hot on Toronto but Montreal is magical.
American healthcare is all crapitalism and predatory. Big Pharma, AMA and insurance companies collude to rip Americans off. Healthcare is a nightmare for those who can’t afford insurance. If there are free healthcare clinics I don’t know of them. It’s awful.
