I was expecting a full frontal attack on this essay by fellow Americans. I was happily surprised to read many enlightened comments and critiques.

Though sources were not cited, that’s something to consider for your next essay, it was a reminder of how hubris has been our undoing. And why it’s dangerous to create delusions to feed our children.
