I understand.
The reality is, Israel exists. Millions of people deserve good lives. I really don’t care about etiology of how and where we are today. All I care about are lives. No point in shouting over past injustices.
Now is the time to stop the horrifying violence.
Of course Israelis are horrified too by images coming out of Gaza. Tel Aviv has had demonstrations too. Demonstrating Hassidic Jews are being brutalized by police gorillas. I saw footage of them being spun around, pulled by forelocks, then smashed to the ground. One that I know of was airlifted to hospital with a brain hemorrhage. Brutalizing your own?
To kill a few hundred Hamas thousands must be systematically mowed down, deprived of basics? Eliminated? From the outside, it looks like ethnic cleansing. All infrastructure blown to smithereens. It’s as though your leader sat down with his team, including Biden, and drew up a deadly laundry list.
You possibly can’t disagree that Gaza lies in ruins. Starting small then building to a crescendo. Like Ravel’s Bolero. Homes. Then schools. Universities. Hospitals. Water tanks. Blockade of food and water. No electricity. No connectivity. Complete isolation. 3500 babies and kids. Not my figures. Amnesty. BBC. CNN.
Don’t images and screams of shivering babies and mad mothers mean nothing to you guys?
How can you have missed press conferences in which your military leaders call Palestinians human animals? Vow to eradicate them?

An Israeli baby is not worth more than any other baby in the world.

If USA really wanted, Hamas would’ve been neutralized long ago. If USA wanted, Palestinians could’ve lived as bounteously as Israelis.

Do Israelis really live u set the delusion that a penned up people would not revolt? Remember Warsaw ghetto revolt? Weak and dying Jews were brave enough to take on Nazi oppressors. I still cry watching old footage of what Jews were subjected to. Today I weep for Palestinians and yes, Israelis who deserve good lives.
