I have. I do. It’s pretty words.

As long as American-style capitalism holds sway, mind- sets can’t make a paradigm shift.

It kicks us into survival mode. Because it’s Darwinian. If you’re an American, you live in eternal dread. Of disease. Unemployment. Crushing debt. Of being alone.

The poverty cycle perpetuates itself. Naturally.

Do you think organic food is cheap? We have an obesity crisis. Fast food stuffs us with calories and solace, at least. Gets the family through the day on minimum wage. Hello Walmart. Who has money to invest??!

Consumerism holds us hostage. And no safety nets.

Your advice rings hollow for those who live on the razors edge. which are most Americans. Who can afford medical care, higher education, housing, and other public goods Canadians, Europeans, Scandinavian countries have? A fraction of Americans. I’m fortunate to be counted among them. Rich Americans have the luxury to hector. They are financially safe. We still have NO idea what true well-being means.

Money has been captured by cartels- tech, retail, etc. we are FORCED to go for a ‘Good deal’ because it’s Pavlovian. Hello, Amazon! Our master has taught us well, capitalism.
