I don’t know about North Korea, but you’re not well-informed about Iran.

Fabulous films are being made in Iran. Poetry and fiction are alive and kicking. People are gracious and enlightened. A woman can be in hijab AND be a successful entrepreneur. It’s absurd to judge sitting in the west. We in the west have no business being high handed and sneer at countries which have REAL culture. Makes me sick.

Iran has stood up to bullies which I admire. If India, If Pakistan and Israel can have nuclear power, why can’t Iran, pray tell? Before we talk about human rights, USA should raise alarms about Saudi Arabia and its other puppets.

Due to sanctions thousands are suffering. It’s truly evil.

If we only look at the top superficial layer of politics it all comes across as a circus. Look at trump and co. Boris in uk. And so on. Buffoons have scrambled into seats of power. In a lot of countries.

Iranians are fiercely proud of their heritage and long history. And it IS long. Don’t let Hollywood And CNN fool you.
