I am not Palestinian as many might believe.
I’m a poet and I’m tempted to write a poem,
‘What it’s like to be Palestinian.’ In Palestine.

But mine would be a second hand account.

My Palestinian friends here in usa have lost entire clans. Who grew up and procreated in ghastly detention camps, while blue waters and trampolines delighted children across the Wall.
