Highly absorbing, specious did you say? A bit here and there!

As an artist, I started out sneering at digital art. Today after decades, I understand a bit more and admire the tech behind it.

I’ve seen some beautiful digital pieces. I love color, form and a fine balance. And digital art delivers that aplenty. And I leave it at that.

I don’t see it as a rival or a replacement for human art. Nor can it be, exactly for the reasons you so eloquently state.

Would I spend good money on it? No.
