Actually, the three countries you name actually do have unique cultures.
It’s offensive to assume countries don’t have histories and vibrancy.
America bombed the beep out of Afghanistan and most of the Middle East.
America reduced the ‘cradle of civilization’ to rubble.
I’d say America’s culture is its war machine.
