Not all Muslims. A sweeping statement like the above makes for poor dialog.

I’m a Muslim. A liberal one. Don’t give much time to ritual etc.

Saudi Arabia is one place I’ll never ever visit though the holiest of Muslim Holies is in Mecca, the Kaaba. Why? I despise Saudi Arabia. As I do most of the Middle East. Slave societies. Barbaric. No human rights at all. Carbon footprint is huge. It’s a playground for entitled Arabs who happened upon oil.
