I often wonder these days whether younger generations are curious about philosophy/philosophers at all. Or it all outdated, replaced by How To Advices, crowing about formulas for success, AI and tech. Sounds like I’m only reading Medium these days. That’s about to change — I’m reverting to reading books which smell like history itself, let’s call it time,
Real pithy books not self help pulp.
In any case medium’s new algorithms which are bringing rather pedestrian stuff to my feed don’t exactly enthrall me. Especially since we face a serious existential crisis.
Al the more reason to write poetry, not sappy love stuff but in my case, grief for what we’re losing …
