America, I have come to believe during the era of Trumpian absurdity, NEEDED a Trump. Why? To rip aside the veil of hypocrisy in which our country has shrouded itself. It’s true self.

We became fluent in languages of delusion, hubris and virulent gibberish of falsity — denial of genocide, slavery, cruelty, exploitation, wage slavery and have now come full circle back to white supremacy. Modern-day lynchings of black Americans by hate-crazed policemen are horrifying the world.

When a false god stand stripped of its trappings and Olympian claims, it creates a universal uproar.

Are there enough of us who can stand firm before the abyss and stare it down? I’m not convinced.
