A totally absorbing article. Articulated brilliantly.
Shakespeare’s ‘Julius Caesar’ is one of my favorite plays. ‘Titus Andronicus’ is horrifyingly beautiful.
But I digress.
The way you articulate the engines which drove Antony and Cleopatra to their doom is masterfully and lucidly done.

An anecdote—
Bernard Shaw’s Caeser and Cleopatra was staged by my O levels class in school and I won best actress award as Cleopatra!


A very enjoyable read!
